We are a service for the indie musician and band but we do not accept:

• Songs with questionable content (eg racist/unethical lyrics)
• bad recordings (un-mastered, unprofessional etc)

Any songs or albums you send us fall under this agreement and lasts as long as you want to keep your music with us.

You can terminate the agreement whenever you like:

• The termination must be in writing
• Your rights will be returned after 3 months (giving us time to retract the release from all the shops)
• There is a 25 euro termination fee if the termination is in the first 12 months.
• All invoices to iMusician Digital must be paid before your rights are returned.

We are NON-exclusive. This means that you can work with any shops that we do not supply DIRECTLY.

However, you can not work with any other "digital distributions" (content aggregators) like us because it will make a huge mess.

If you need barcodes (EAN/UPC) or ISRC codes, it will cost 12 USD per release.

We upload your sales to your account as soon as we have received payment from the shops*. By logging in, you can see how much you have made and receive your money by clicking [Pay me now]**.

* it often takes 3 to 5 months from the time when a sale is made until we receive the money.
** Payments are made at the end of the month.

We only need your "digital" rights. That means none of your other rights (CD rights, vinyl rights) are affected by the deal.
