Content Marketing Manager / Editor in Chief (Berlin)

Your mission
We are looking for an Editor in Chief / Content Marketing Manager (60 – 100%, Monday – Friday) with 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the music industry.

Answering to our Online Marketing Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Create a content strategy based on excellent knowledge of our audience’s needs and marketing funnel (attract, convert and retain customers in a B2C environment);
  • Define and manage our content creation and editorial direction with a solid red line in order to provide top quality content for different audiences across several marketing channels (blog, social media, Spotify, etc.);
  • Work closely with our Online Marketing Manager and our marketing team to develop and execute strategies;
  • Implement content in the campaign workflow;
  • Understand SEO best practices and tools to produce, compile and optimise content for our website in 5 different languages (+5 new languages to be added in 2019);
  • Create structured reports with data driven analysis to prioritise and influence our strategic decisions;
  • Understand and be up-to-date with the music industry market and latest trends (from the perspective of artists and music industry players).

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as Editor in Chief or Content Marketing Manager within the music industry (digital music magazine, major label, music tech company);
  • A successful track record of managing and creating content to attract, convert and retain customers in a B2C environment;
  • Strong analytical skills with very good understanding of business and editorial KPIs;
  • Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics);
  • At ease with WordPress and content management systems;
  • Have a clear understanding of the marketing funnel, CRO, user experience, efficiency (A/B testing, conversion rates);
  • Good Photoshop and Illustrator skills;
  • HTML / CSS is a plus.

Your mission
iMusician has an exciting job opportunity for a customer support and marketing professional. You will be part of our team of Country Managers and will be responsible for all marketing and customer support activities in Netherlands, BeNeLux, Northern Europe and English-speaking countries.

Based in our Berlin office, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Country Manager (80 – 100%, Monday – Friday). The position includes, amongst other things:

  • Online marketing (Social Paid Advertising, SEA, SEO, content marketing, etc) in BeNeLux, Northern Europe and English-speaking countries;
  • Daily support of our customers;
  • Business development and partnerships;
  • Translations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch with excellent written and verbal skills;
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills, any additional language is a plus;

  • Turn concepts into written CRM campaigns;
  • Manage and arrange proofreading and translations in 7+ languages;
  • Implement content in the campaign workflow;
  • Create structured monthly reports and draw conclusions to influence strategic CRM decisions;

Experience

Customer Support & Community Manager English (Berlin)

Your mission
For our Berlin office, we are looking for a Customer Support and Community Manager to take care of our English customers and social media community (English native level required).

This is a part-time position 16h-32h per week with a possibility to grow into a full time position.

Reporting to both our Head of Social Media and Head of Support, the responsibilities include, amongst other things:

  • Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers;
  • Answer inquiries by using our CRM tool;
  • Create and update our email templates;
  • Resolve product & service problems by clarifying the customer complaints and by communicating with our internal team.
  • Grow our audience organically using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and taking care of our community of artists via social media channels.

Experience

  • Native English level with excellent written and verbal skills;
